Voice and Piano Studio
Kristine is also a passionate educator, and maintains a private voice and piano studio alongside her various performance endeavors. Trained in classical piano for nearly 20 years, she accepts all ages and levels into her piano studio.
Kristine has taught privately for 8 years, and has also taught lessons in affiliation with the University of Houston. At the University of Houston she was afforded the opportunity to help develop a partnership with the school of Drama and Dance in order to facilitate musical theater with their Community Arts program. Kristine is well versed in musical theater as well as opera and is fully comfortable teaching all age groups both genres. While she does not recommend voice students begin earlier than age 13, she will accept younger voice students on a case by case basis. She is currently Professor of Voice at Claflin University in South Carolina. Kristine is currently accepting students into her private online studio, or at her home in Columbia, SC.

Studio Policies for Piano
30 minutes: $30

*Students must have a keyboard at home and students younger than 10 must have a parent dedicated to helping them practice on a regular basis. Students must also accept music theory homework.
Studio Policies for Voice
Lessons are offered in package format. Students who are just beginning are encouraged to pursue a weekly package, as consistency provides the best pathway to success. All potential clients must book a consultation call before booking. Payment is made at the beginning of every month, cancellation of services requires a one month notice.
*Students should have a thorough understanding of how to read music and preferably have access to a keyboard. If the student does not read music, Kristine recommends a combined piano/voice lesson for young beginners.
